(Video) - Mexican coffee rituals: one family recipe for the beloved cafe de olla

USC Annenberg’s Destiny Torres takes us into her home to share her family’s favorite nightly ritual - cafe de olla, a sweet Mexican coffee and pan dulce, pastry. For generations, coffee has been a treasured ritual in Mexican homes and her family in the San Gabriel Valley is no different. Settling down with a cafecito and pan dulce (small cup of coffee and pastry) is how her family connects at the end of each day. In this video, Destiny will share her treasured family recipe so we can all brew cafe de olla and continue the tradition.
